Shop Terms and Conditions
- No COD goods will be released until payment reflects in our current account.
- No credit will be given for goods returned after 7 days from date of invoice.
- No credit will be given on returned items that are damaged or broken. Repairs will incur surcharges.
- ALL specifically manufactured and/or branded items are non-returnable.
- A non-refundable deposit (product dependant) is required on ALL specially manufactured and/or branded items.
- Cartage/Postage is excluded int the prices given, and thus Cartage/Postage is for your own account.
- COLLECTION IS FOR YOUR OWN ACCOUNT – We do not deliver.
Ledger Systems reserves all rights, including but not limited to, the manufacturing, duplicating, altering, reproducing, printing and branding of the products listed.
ALL orders for FALCON INTER-SCREWS and/or CARD RINGS and/or FILE BANDS may not be cancelled or returned. Once an order is placed and/or processed, customer remains liable for the full amount of the order.
For ALL branding – artwork is to be supplied in a print-ready, high-resolution format. We can generate artwork at a rate of R360.00 ex VAT per hour. We offer a variety of branding options and pricing is available on request with ALL prices being quantity specific. Foiling die prices apply for ANY logo between 1cm x 1cm, to 8cm x 9cm (max size). Names are to be set in one of our existing available fonts – or a foiling die will need to be made, and charged for. See below for some of the fonts that we have available for name setting.
