Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returned goods must be unworn, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock, a store refund will automatically be issued. Returns will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. If there is a mistake on the part of Ledger Systems (damaged or mis-shipped goods) we will reimburse customer using the same method of original purchase or issue store credit. We will not, however, refund international duties or taxes.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ledgersystems.co.za and send your item to: Ledger Systems, Krost House, 12 Lower Germiston Road, Heriotdale.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Please note that due to the personalized nature of custom items, refunds and returns are generally not accepted. Defective or Incorrect Products

We uphold the highest standards of quality in our custom creations. If you receive an item that is defective or does not conform to the specifications you provided, we will gladly offer a replacement or repair at your discretion.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Specifications

As our custom items are uniquely designed and produced for you, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds if the product accurately reflects the specifications and measurements you provided during the ordering process. To prevent any discrepancies, we urge you to carefully review your order details and invoice before confirming your purchase.

We value your business and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns or encounter any issues with your custom-made item, please contact our customer support team. We will work diligently to address your concerns within the boundaries of this policy and South African consumer protection laws.

Restocking Fee Schedule

Unopened Returns

Items returned in their original, unopened condition within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund with no restocking fee applied.

Opened but Repackaged Returns

Items returned within 7 days of purchase in their original condition but repackaged in the original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The restocking fee is calculated based on the original purchase price of the item(s) being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This policy is subject to change without notice.
