We Are Family
Ledger Systems prides itself on the quality of our staff. Being a family orientated business, staff are also seen and treated as extended family. We are proud of the employment history of our current staff, with our longest serving members having close on 30 years of uninterrupted service, and the majority, more than 10 years of service.
Training
All our current staff started either as cleaners, factory aids or kitchen assistants, working themselves up through the ranks, by means of in-house and external training. Our current works manager, Mr. Timothy Mvelase, has 29 years of service. Considering that he was forced to leave school at the age of 14 years (with almost no education to speak of), to look after his family, this is quite an achievement that we are all proud of.
